Are the terrorist attacks the new Cold War/Red Scare of this generation? Has mankind evolved so little that we are forced to continue living in a state of fear?

Remember the good ole days of the 90s when our biggest worries were OJ and Clinton's sex life. I miss President Clinton. At least we knew he had balls not just somebody pulling his strings.
