Transparency in Iraq

Well, let's not call it propaganda. Let's call it: Government approved information sharing.
Seriously, if it has worked historically why not use it now in Iraq, the Middle East, North Korea, here in the U.S., wherever we feel we as a nation are not getting good headlines. Think of it as an important tool in winning the war on terrorism.
