Sorry I don't lass. You can always try the TDI diesel engine VW offers on most of their vehicles. I'm not sure why they have never promoted the fuel economy on their TDI engine. Here in North Texas we should remember Willie Nelson with some partners started biodiesel interest. Unfortunately it is only available at Carl's Corner on IH35 between Dallas and Waco. http://www.vw.com/vwcom/content/objects/pdf/engines/complete_specs_TDI.pdf The info I found is 42/49 mpg manual transmission and 34/45 city/hwy on auto trans. fyi.
